Hi, yesterday I bought a new prepaid sim card and when I wanted to activate it, there was a problem about my personel informations so they said they couldn’t continue the video chat before I corrected my informations. After that, I changed my informations but there is no video chat option anymore. There is just a post option. What should I do to video chat?

If the video identification process has failed, then you can only do the post option afterwards, the video option is only avaiable once.
