Prepaid S active but no calls or internet after double-click error.

What exactly does it say under "Top-ups and Debits" in the customer portal?

It says SMS pack, but I recharged O2 prepaid S

In Mein Zahlungen I see Aufladung per Kreditkarte 10 and O2 prepaid S for 9.99

But still does not work.attached mein O2 Screenshot and also visited 2  o2 store near me, they said go to o2 live which is too far.

The pack is active; what exactly isn't working?

on the screenshots the pack Prepaid S is shown active in the first one.

Do you still have no internet and are not able to make calls?

Have you checked on our webpage if a disturbed network is reported for your address?
