I am new comer to germany and for the first time I wanted to charge my prepaid data packet . wrongly in addition to packet S ( my current packet), I had reserved packet M and few days ago 10 euros got withdrawn from my bank account . I cancelled this packet and I have not used it at all . May It possible to refund my money ?
