Prepaid Package Tariff

Hello all! 

I am using the prepaid Combo package S which was 9.99€ for last 7 months. I have been using this for 7 months. But, I saw the price of the package is increased or the app doesn't show the same package. What should I do now? How could I change my package to pick the best tariff?

the prepaid pack S is not shown as long as you already booked it. You can extend it every month charged with 9,99 EUR. There is no higher price by now.

nice of you to get in touch with us with your question. Where did you find the information that the price for o2 Prepaid S has been increased? The integrated services have been increased, but the price remains the same.

Thanks for your reply. I searched about the combo package and the combo prepaid package S was not there in the o2 App. Only Combo prepaid package M was there. I don't know why it doesn't show my previous package.
