I've edited your number because the posts are public, and we don't want your number to be visible for all. We'll find out why you don't have the data volume you want. Which prepaid plan did you sign up for?

I was on 

o2 Prepaid L 75GB

I finished that
then I bought
 

o2 Prepaid M which was supposed to be 37.5 GB

Where exactly does it show you the 25 GB? What kind of package is displayed as booked in the Mein o2 app?

I missed this part `37,5 GB statt 25 GB bei Buchung der Zusatzoption`
Since it was all in german and I thought it would automatically apply, I have sinced bought another package and missed the opportunity to use the extra option :(
