prepaid mobile - how to cancel the current active prepaid pack?

Do you want to cancel the prepaid card entirely, or just unsubscribe from a plan option?

only unsubscribing from a plan option.

Go to *Plans and Add-ons* [or *Book Plans and Add-ons*], you should be able to cancel it there. A screenshot, with any personal data removed, would be helpful.

Could you try to cancel your current prepaid option via Plans and Add-ons/Book Plans and Add-ons?

whenever i go to “details” on the current booked plan, it shows no action to take. before there was a button that you could use to cancel and it asks then “cancel now, or by the end of the plan” cannot find this anymore.

Then the option states that it runs until xx.xx.2026.

which option do you want to cancel?
At the moment, I can see the Basic Pack for the o2 Prepaid S at 9.99 EUR and the
o2 Data Day-Flat S at 1.49 EUR, which were booked on 5 August 2026.

i had only the option to “switch” packs, so i changed to the free o2 Prepaid Basistarif, only to be able afterwards to book my preferred Prepaid S again. i hope you, team, could bring the option again to cancel the current consumed package without the need for this workaround.
