prepaid mobile - how to cancel the current active prepaid pack?

Hello, i cannot find the button to cancel my current prepaid pack anymore. neither in the mobile app nor on the web version.

could you please guide how to cancel it?

Do you want to cancel the prepaid card entirely, or just unsubscribe from a plan option?

Go to *Plans and Add-ons* [or *Book Plans and Add-ons*], you should be able to cancel it there. A screenshot, with any personal data removed, would be helpful.
