Prepaid login: PUK required for new password

Hello,

 

I am an 02 Prepaid customer. I normally log in with SMS code, but when I want to see my PUK, the system asks for my password. Unfortunately, I forgot my password, and when I try to create a new one, the system again asks for the PUK. This is a loop and I cannot continue.

 

My German is not good, so I would be very happy if someone could explain in English how I can get out of this situation.

If you forget your password you are not usually asked for a PUK, perhaps you could share a screenshot of this here.
