Prepaid eSIM "No Service" in China after top-up (Auslandssperre)

Hello, my O2 prepaid eSIM accidentally used roaming data in China and went into a negative balance. I have now topped up my account, and the balance is over 5 Euros. However, my phone still shows "No Service" and I cannot connect to any network. Could a moderator please check my account and remove the international roaming block (Auslandssperre)? Thank you.
