Prepaid Esim

Hello! i bought a Prepaid E-Sim from O2 last week, and i still didn’t get the QR code. can anyone help me with this problem?

The only source of help is the prepaid service you can reach by phone, there is no other option.

That is unfortunate, that the QR Code for your new Prepaid eSIM has not arrived. QR code.

Different than us here from our Community, the colleagues in our hotline can legitimize you and correct the sending of the eSIM QR code.

In case your German language is not yet sufficient, maybe you can get help from friends?
