Prepaid Direct Debit can't cancel, recharge does not arrive

Hello,

I have been manually recharging my prepaid through the app which is fine, however there is a direct debit of 15 euros every month that I have just realized does not add to my credit amount in the O2 app or top up the data.

So where has this money gone? And could I please cancel the monthly deductions?

I went into store where they deleted my bank details but this month, I still saw a deduction. Thank you.

Hello @EnglishBreakfastTee,

for the active tariff, the corresponding costs are debited from your credit every month. 

The setting for monthly credit recharges has already been changed on the 23rd of october to one-time payments. The change of this setting takes some time, that´s why the deduction occurred this month, still. From now on, credits should no longer be automatically recharged.
