Hi! I bought a 24GB prepaid plan from o2. 

I don’t think i’m going to spend the 24GB in just one month. What happens with my remaining balance after the 4 week? Can I still use the remaining balance for 5G services? For example if I use 8GB, I will still have the remaining 16GB next month, or I will lost everything? 

Could I also maybe buy a 3gb plan for the next month and still keep the previous month balance for example (which would be 3gb+16gb in this case)?

 

Thanks in advance(it is my first time being prepaid services, so I’m a bit confused).

Hello @William Awad Labarca,
if you do not use the booked data volume in the month, the rest will expire. It will not be carried over to the new month. Have you already looked under "My o2" for another GB package?

Ohhh ok, I see. That’s really unfortunate…… and it will expire even if I buy another GB package for the next month?

 

Not yet, but I think i’m definetely going to buy less data next month. 24 GB is too much.
