prepaid credit disappeared after 6 months

Hallo,

I had 22 euros balance and never recharged the SIM for 6months. The balance got disappeared. I have recharged again but the old balance is not adding up. How to get 22euros back in balance

It is true that the card will be deactivated after a certain period of time without charging. Great that you recharged right away. When did you top up the credit?

    I recharge the account on 06.10.2023. The old balance was shown valid till 21.08.2023.

    Hello @Irtv5,

    the credit is always automatically deleted after 42 days and can be reactivated by our customer support by manually topping it up.

    I have therefore reactivated your old credit as a refund on your customer account. It can be used for future bookings now.
