Prepaid Card Data Package Ended Unexpectedly

Hello,

I am using an O2 prepaid card, and bought several data packages - I am working as bicycle courier and need data-, in Mein O2 app it seems that I have 2 different packages that I haven’t used up yet - a 400 mb and a 4gb one-, but I got an sms that says my 4gb data is finished, and I couldn’t connect internet. I reached my husband who bought me a daily 25gb package to fix the situation, however paying 6 euros every day I work seems infeasable. Can you help me with this? Why am I losing connection when I can see that I have packages?
