Prepaid aufladen

I called the english hotline but they only deal with contract not prepaid. called also the prepaid hotline multiple times but none of them speak english 

everytime i try to charge my guthaben via credit card or paypal it doesn't go through the payment goes back to my account mentioning something like fehler i dont quite recall 

i don’t know if it is blocked or something this is the first time it has happened usually it goes right theough without any issue

Unfortunately, we can't check this for you directly, as we don't have access to your customer data.

I think it would be important to find out the reason for the reversed top-up payments.
