Preorder samsung s21

Hello I ordered the Samsung galaxy s21 on the 21st of February. I didn't recieve it yet and the status is still pre-order. Can I get an update on this? When is going to be sent? On the website it says it's available immediately but sill no news about the phone.

Thanks for your answer. 

The phone arrived few days ago.

But I have another question. If I don’t like the phone and I decide to send it back (whitin the 14 days), would I get another offer for the contract extension that I made?

Hi @Alex_N, you can get a new offer, but for this, you also have to withdraw the contract extension within 14 days.

Please note that if you now get a discount on your tariff because you ordered a bundle, it will no longer apllies when you send the smartphone back to us.
