Hello Community,

I got a postpaido2 simcard in October and wanted to know how the billing is processed? I wasn’t charged for the last month. So is it quarterly or semiannual? And if so, how can I change the payment to monthly?

welcome to our English Community. Nice that you decided to get a postpaid-contract with o2. 

Of course, you will get a monthly bill. We do not offer quarterly or semiannual bills. 

When was your contract activated?

My contract was activated on the 1st of October. I see now that I have been given a monthly bill, however the information is not loading. Is this a technical issue with the server?

sometimes technical problems can occur. From time to time, the website is also worked on during the weekend.
Could you please try again now if you can log in and look at your invoices? If not, please let us know and let us know what error message you get!
