Hi o2 Team, 

I am planning to port my number from o2 to sim.de this month. I am applied for the porting in sim.de site and they are asking for the consent from o2 side so that they cam proceed with the request, I applied for early number porting. Below is the message from their side to me:

“Please contact your old provider first. At your request, he will give the go-ahead for early number porting ("opt-in").”

I contacted the above mentioned number. But they redirected it to another number which is : 17688855282 for prepaid number. As its a German speaking hotline, I didn’t get the proper response from them. My current tariff will end today and I need o2 approval to go-ahead for early number porting ("opt-in").


Hello @zeha_aami,

unfortunately there is no English hotline for our prepaid customers. Setting the opt-in is also not possible here in our community.

Do you perhaps have the option of having a German-speaking friend call for you?
