I have ported my old number from vodafone to o2 and before it says that we get 100€ bonus? when we port our number. Where do i see this or how do we claim?

Hello @aykaaa ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

As Bollermann already noted the “Wechselbonus” is not avaiable with prepaid contracts. You would have had to select a o2 Free or o2 Grow Postpaid contract to receive the bonus.

    The 100€ Bonus is 5€ over 20 month.

    O2 my prepaid M

    The number has been ported just today. And i can now use my old number with the O2 simcard. But i don‘t know how to activate the Prepaid M tariff. It only says i have the Prepaid 9 Cent
