Porting my prepaid O2 number to another network is rejected!

I called O2 support and they are claiming that they released my prepaid number on 06.03.2024 and I can take it to another provider from that day. On the other hand, Vodafone texted me and they are saying O2 is rejecting your porting request and you should inform them and try again! I called O2’s support several times and they told me the same thing (the number is released)! I’m confused whose fault is it and why I’m not able to take my number with me?!

By the way, My prepaid O2 number is valid till 05.04.2024. What should I put in these fieldes “Zu welchem Datum hast Du Deinen bisherigen Vertrag gekündigt?” & “Gültigkeitsdatum Opt-In?” on Vodafone’s website?

I'm hoping to receive an answer quickly since I don’t have too much time for porting. Thanks in advance.

I chose “Immediately” as I remember.

I’m not sure what the opt-in is?! This is what O2 sent to me based on my request for porting:

bitte verwenden Sie folgende Daten für den Auftrag zur Rufnummernmitnahme bei Ihrem neuen Anbieter:

Nachname: ****
Geburtsdatum: ****
Mobilrufnummer zur Mitnahme: 49176*****

How can I send this to them? I just have a page on their website to fill it out and there is no place that I can attach this answer from O2 to it.

On Vodafone’s website there are two questions which I don’t know how should I answer them:

“Zu welchem Datum hast Du Deinen bisherigen Vertrag gekündigt?” & “Gültigkeitsdatum Opt-In?”

Finally, O2 released my number and I’m able to take it. I think they saw this discussion and that’s why they released my number! Overall I didn't have a good experience with O2! They rejected my request to make a data contract for two years but Vodafone accepted me and that's why I'm leaving O2.
