Dear O2 community, 

I need to transfer my current O2 sim to simon, I have tried via O2 app and website but not able to find the right solution. Please help to for sim portability.

Hello @Mahi1512,

welcome to the o2 Community!
You can approve a porting yourself in your My o2 web portal or in the My o2 app.
To shorten the whole process this evening, I have just done that for you. You can now order the porting of your number to your new provider.

I was unable to spot the option for the same as I would like to port my number to simon. Please help me do this as well.

@o2_Jessica im also trying to find the option both on web page and in app, but it does not exist, can you also help me to release my number from o2?

Hi

I am a prepaid O2 customer. I want to port my number To Lebara . I cant register for the O2 app and the O2 web allows only if I want to port to O2 and not out. so please help. Thank you
