Hallo,
I have finally received my new phone and am ready to switch my o2 prepaid to an e-SIM. I still can’t figure out how to order it. The website isn’t showing any hotline phone numbers to me and on the chat help they keep getting my questions wrong. Assistance would be great.

You cannot apply the switch with prepaid to eSIM via Mein o2. This can be requested via the hotline or the chat. However, we can also create the order for the swap to the eSIM here.
Now that some time has passed, have you already ordered the eSIM via Customer Care in the meantime? If not, we can also do this for you :)
