Port in failed for my Prepaid Number


Hello, 

I requested for releasing my number for port in from my O2 number to Lebara service provider. My number was released for port in as well but when the other service provider tried to port in, it failed. I recieved the email stating : leider wurde die Mitnahme der Rufnummer +491762653XXXX abgelehnt. Der Grund für die Ablehnung der Rufnummernmitnahme ist: Sperrvermerk bereits vorhanden.

Can anyone please help to solve this issue.

I am sorry, we have no information as to why porting should not be possible. Please ask your new provider about this.

Yes, I have. That's from I got this port in request failed email/error I mentioned.
