Good evening please I don't understand am trying to please my money but is not working please what am I going to do?

Hello @Osun,

do I understand you correct than you already received an e-mail from us with the offer where you can pay the 185,99€ via Paypal or debit card beforehand?

Our credit check will then decide, usually the order is then successful and your advance payment will be deducted from the total amount, in case it is still not successfull, you will receive your advance payment back.

Is it correct that you wa<nt to get the amount of 185,99 € back?

Did you pay this for an order of a mobile phone which then did not happen?
