Hello everyone,
I ordered Iphone pro and O2(06.12.2020) Contract with Sparhandy. But my problem is i didn’t get anything till 06.01.2021 and at the end i decided to cancel my order(I just got from company my sim card and i had 0 information about the phone) 
To be honnest the reason i make this order it was just because of the Phone. And waiting that longer and not getting a phone i just wanted to cancel the whole order. And yet i did.
And they agreed to cancel but my problem is i still paid 104 Euro and i have still 0 information when i will get my money back.

Please help me i didn’t even toch the sim card and my contract should have been cancel and get my money back what i have paid.(Since i didn’t get the phone and any service at all)

No i didn’t manage to clarify any thing!
I did cancel my contract 06.01.2021! And i am getting a message by you and i will get charged again XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX here you can see.Why you guys charging me A PRODUCT I NEVER USED and you guys still owe me 105 euro already?
I already contacted with Sparhandy and they are telling me i should contact with you!

I don’t know what i should do any more? 
Like imagine you got NOTHING from a company and i waited almost 7 week to get my product. I asked them cancel because it was really annoying to wait and wait and wait.they did cancel but i am still paying a product i never have?
Please fix this asap.PLEASE UNDERSTAND ME THIS IS REALLY REALLY ANNOYING FOR MY SIDE

thanks for your reply. I understand that you have the impression that the cancellation takes far too long. 

 

Please note that Sparhandy already told you that the cancellation can take up to 6 weeks. 

 

In order to check your data concerning the cancellation and the charged amount, I just have sent you a private message via @o2_Support. Please have a look there and reply to my request.

 

Afterwards, I will inform you about the situation concerning your contract.

I regret the delay. Thanks for your details under @o2_Support

 

I just had a look concerning the cancellation of your contract that you ordered at Sparhandy: The contract was deactivated on 14th January 2021. 

 

You also received a credit, but unfortunately the credit came too late to balance that with the direct debit. Therefore, I just ordered that the credit should be transferred to your private bank-account. The transfer can take up to 2 weeks. 

 

I hope that now everything is clarified.

thanks for your reply. Yes, exactly, you understood me correctly. 

 

You have at the moment a credit on your customer account number. This credit will soon be transferred to your private bank account.
