Have you tried using the forgot password function? If you don't know the relevant password, you can reset it using this function.

Have you submitted the number porting request for a sepcific date or immediately? 

If done immediately, we cannot stop the porting, in this case you would have to wait until it you have ported the number and then change it back to the old contract.

I want to stop this immediate porting.

Please set my number back to ‘not freigegeben’ because no transfer order exists.

the number porting was triggered by mistake.

I have not authorized any new provider and no porting has been confirmed.

Please stop the immediate porting and set my number back to ‘not freigegeben’.

There is no active porting order with any provider.

I want to keep my number with O2.

Wenn kein neuer Anbieter mit einer Portierung beauftragt wurde, dann wird auch keine Portierung stattfinden.

 

Du hast sicher nur die Freigabe (Opt-In) beauftragt, diese gilt für 30 Tage und verfällt danach wieder, wenn keine Portierung von einem neuen Anbieter angefragt wurde.

"One more question: This happened by mistake. I wanted to transfer my Vodafone number to O2, but accidentally the O2 number was released for porting instead.

Can an O2 shop cancel or remove this porting release (Opt-In) for me?

Is it possible to stop this request directly in an O2 store, or can it only be done online by customer service?"

Die Freigabe hat keine Auswirkungen, wenn kein anderer Anbieter eine Portierung anfragt ... beauftrage einfach die Portierung deiner Nummer von Vodafone zu o2.

Hey ​@Smilerose82,

like Sächsin said, if you released your number for porting, without contacting another provider to port this exact number, you don’t have to worry. The release for porting is just active for 30 days, if you don’t ask for a porting on this specific number, then after 30 days, everything will be back to normal.

You can just go on porting your Vodafone number to us. 😊

I want to port my Vodafone number to O2, but the MyO2 app shows 'already in process' because of a previous Opt-In for my O2 number. Please clear the system so I can start the Vodafone → O2 port."

it's unfortunate that the porting doesn't seem to be working. What is the current status? Were you able to arrange the porting from Vodafone to o2 in the meantime, and has it already been completed?

Hello, I need help with my O2 account.

I logged into the Mein O2 app using my mobile number and email, but the app keeps asking me for a password. I never created any password, so I don’t know which one it is asking for.

Could you please reset my account or reset the password for me? If you need my email, I can give it to you. Thank you.

Hello, I need help with my O2 account.

I logged into the Mein O2 app using my email and mobile number. I also tried logging in through the browser on Google, and all my details appear correctly. But whenever I try to go to the next step — for example, when I want to recharge or make a payment with my bank account — it asks me for a password.

I never created any password, so I don’t know which password it is asking for.

Could you please help me reset my account or reset the password? I can give you my mobile number and email if you need them. Thank you.
