Please cancel SIM to eSIM replacement

Hello O2 team,

I recently requested the replacement of my SIM card to eSIM, by mistake. Probably due to a misunderstanding with the customer service.

Today I received a letter with the QR code for the activation and an email where I was asked to complete the operation, which I don’t want.

Could you please cancel the request?

You can ignore this, the order will be automatically deleted if it is not executed.

We cannot make any changes to SIM settings or orders via the community. Please contact support elsewhere for assistance → o2 Kontakt

However, as suggested by Bumer, you can simply choose not to switch to eSIM, in which case nothing will change with your SIM 😊
