Hi, I had bought a data+calls combi pack of €9.99. Although i had purchased the pack the money didnt get deducted from my O2 account, so i deactivated the pack, now the money has been cut and the plan is not active either. How do I activate the plan or get the money back?

Dear @Siddhant ,

first of all, welcome to our forum. Nice that you have found the way to us. :-)

I took a look at your accountdata and I can see, that you received a credit advice over the amount of 9,99 for the o2 my Prepaid S you deactivated by mistake. This was booked on September 11th for you. Is now everything fine?

Do you have any questions about using our community? Then take a look at Neu in der o2 Community? Die wichtigsten Funktionen und Hinweise auf einen Blick. There you will find all the information you need to use!

Kind regards,
Andrea

Hello Andrea,

Thank you for the response. I had a chat with an O2 executive over whatsapp. He reactivated my plan without any extra charge. My problem is solved and I'm happy with the service.

Regards
Siddhant
