physical sim to eSim

I am having a contract ongoing with O2. I am using physical SiM. I would like to convert it to an eSIM. could you please help me with the process?

You can order an eSIM via My o2 (“Mein o2”).

you can order a replacement sim via Mein o2, as MXP_Alex has mentioned :) 

Have you already ordered the eSIM in the meantime? If so, did everything work? Or can we still support you here?
