I purchased a phone from O2 months ago and gave it to my wife and she put her SIM card in it, I moved my card into a business phone I was provided.
Someone just grabbed the phone I have financed from O2 from my wife’s purse and ran off of the train! We came home and cannot get in touch with support and each time I access the Webapp to deactivate the SIM card, it says that there is an error and cannot move forward.
Please someone help as soon as possible!!!

Hello
I am sorry to hear that your phone was stolen ;-/ Regarding the deactivation of your wives SIM card, I hope you were already able to get in touch with our customer service?
In case you still need help just drop a note in this thread and we will have a look into this :-)
Regards,
Lars
PS: If you call our normal hotline outside of business hours you will be told a phone number for urgent issues like this one. So a SIM card can also be deactivated no matter what time it is :-)
