Phone Number portability from O2 to other provider

Hello,

I would like to take my current prepaid O2 phone number to another provider for my new contract. I tried to do the porting via website and app but I did not find any option to do that. I was thinking maybe you could help me with this? I would like to do the porting immediately.

Hi @triplecamera49,

please have in mind that you need a balance of 6,82 EUR on your prepaid SIM card.

You can get the remaining balance later using this form: http://g.o2.de/pre-auszahlung

nice to meet you here in our English Community. 

 

@MXP_Alex already helped you with the porting-procedure. 

 

But first of all, I just released your prepaid-number for the transfer to your new provider. Please contact now your new provider in order to start the porting-process. 

 

As @MXP_Alex already told you, we will charge you with 6,82 €. If you still have a remaining amount on your old card, use the document that @MXP_Alex mentioned. We will then transfer the remaining amount to your personal bank account.
