Payment problem

I've given SEPA for my bill payments it's didn't get deducted because of not having enough balance. Please try again now I've enough balance in the account now

A second attempt to debit the amount from your account will not be made. If the payment failed you will need to transfer the amount due to o2. The account details are in the invoice.

Unfortunately we’re not deducting a second time if the first deduction attempt failed. In this case you need to transfer the invoice amount. If this is successful, further bills will be deducted again.
