payment invoice due

Hallo, 

I had a call with the finance team at O2, and as requested, attached the payment receipt as proof of payment on the mail ID impressum@cc.o2online.de 

My total invoice still shows 91.06 EUR for the month of June, July and August. I have settled the whole payment but i was not aware as a new customer to put in my customer ID every time i make the payment. 

One payment of 67.88 EUR was made using WISE from India (email ID used for payment: xxx) 

The second payment OF 23.18 EUR was made using my German IBAN: xxx

Please acknowledge receipt of payment and help me resolve my outstanding invoice to help avoid any further late fees.

      The email address listed in the legal notice is not the correct way to contact us regarding your inquiry; we have a contact form for that purpose. However, I just checked your customer account and saw that the €23.18 you transferred was already credited to your customer account on August 13, 2026.

      So your remaining payment of €67.88 is still outstanding. Do you know anyone who speaks German and can contact us with you via live chat or our customer service hotline so we can check on the payment?
