Payment for replacement SIM Card


Hello,

I ordered a new SIM card and sent money to my O2 account to pay for it. But after I activated the SIM card I received a SMS saying there would be a direct debit to my bank account for it. How can I ask O2 to consider the money in my balance already for payment to the nwe SIM Card?

That will happen automatically.The charge for the card will appear on your next invoice and any credit in your account will be set off against the invoice amount.

So if it is not possible for them to collect the payment by direct debit in my bank acccount, automatically they will charge my phone balance?
