payment failures

Good afternoon .I got a very important problem and I would like someone to advice me....I entered O2 online and I figured out that I hadn't payed my last 3 monthly bills for a mobile phone device...as a result I saw that I now have to pay the whole amount instead of laying every month ...What is your advice ?

Yes that's what I mean ...I don't know what happened I think that this happened from the payment failures
