Hello my name is (saad sami saleh)a couple of months ago i ordered two mobile one is(iphone xs max 64Gb gold) and the other is(samsung galaxy s10+ 512gb weiss) the problem is they don’t take money out of my credit card even there's mony in my credit card,instead they send me a post(brief) every month asking me to send them the money via Überweisung but with more like i have to pay more money than i should for example the monthly of my iphone xs10 is (51) euro but i have to pay(56,20) could you please fix this and take it from my card?i don’t have a Problem with my SIM card,why with this two?

It is not possible to pay by credit card, only by direct debit from your bank account or by bank transfer. If you are being sent letters and there is more to pay than just the instalment, these are probably failed payment fees. You should  call customer services and speak to the billing department (or ask someone to do so on your behalf) to clarify what is wrong.


Sorry i write it wrong i meant bank account not credit card.I’m paying with an Bank account.

and when it’s time to take money from my bank account they don’t take it thats why they asking for more money(failed fees)

Did you check your bank details for the purchase contract from which we can’t be debit? Maybe there is an old account. Please take a look at this matter.

You can log in with your contract number for o2 My Handy and change the bank account if there is a need for it.

I changed before but it was just for my simcard and my other handy but for this two it was still my previous bank account and i changed now and fixed.

nice that you could already change your bank-accounts. 

 

In order to be able to debit directly from your bank account, we still need the SEPA-document for all your contracts. Please be so kind to fill out this document and send it to us: SEPA

@Saad1987 oh, better delete you last post. Please, never post such a document in any community. Everyone can see your bank account, your sign and so on. Better delete it as fast as possible. ;)

 

Do you have some german speaking friends? If yes, ask them to help you. The easiest way ;)
