Hello Good day, I would like some advice, recently today the O2 emailed me 109 to be paid at April 17, as I thought it was the total payment of sim card and phone, but I was shocked, as I checked it was only the sim card! Why is it I have to pay 109 euro and the Iphone 15 pro is 51 euro and it is another day and it will be total of 160 euro for a month? Is this exploitive? I want some answers, the man explained me before regarding the promo he really said 39,99 euro I will have a combo of 2 sim cards and he combined with the monthly pay of phone total of only 81 euro, I even paid 181 euro for downpayment of phone at first he said 86 and then change to 81 ONLY for a month, why is it now I have 109 euro only for sim cards? I don’t even use the O2 S mobile sim card, only the unlimited, please help me and explain if it is possible I want to cancel the other sim card I’m not using it if is not possible then I want to cancel the sim card contract and only keep the Phone! I’ve bought and had contract since March 5, Hopefully for all of your answers, Thank you in advance!

I will contact the shop but If they said they don’t have explanation why is it so high of paying for a month and no cancellation of sim card I will be back here, But wait thank you for your reply.

If thats so then I think theres an explanation why do I have to pay this 109 euro thing right? that is only for a sim card, he said 39,99 for combo of Unlimited sim card and o2 Mobile S, it turns out according to my rechnung double 39,99 1 from 42,99 Unlimited and then 22,99 for Mobile S, is this Unfair? If you have ordered two new mobile plans, there are two times 39,99 € connection fee or Anschlusspreis. If you have agreed different in our shop I recommend you to first contact the colleagues in our shop about it.
