I am going for vacation for 3 months and would like to Pause my automatic Prepaid recharge of O2 number from December 2024 - February 2025. How can i do that?
I want to have the same recharge plan that i am using currently after i come back, is there a way i can do that? I do not want to cancel the subscription. Only want to pause as i have the credit amount added to my account already and i do not want O2 to deduct it automatically. Please let me know as the app is in german.
I have not added my bank account details. Every month i add credit by top up code. but there is always remaining amount. for eg; my recharge is of 9.99 euro per month but i add extra credit via top up code so that next month it has enough amount to deduct automatically.

you have currently booked a smartphone option. You wrote that you would like to continue your subscription. To ensure that no automatic top-ups take place, you must end the booked pack in My o2.

You have already received good support from Bumer here. If you don't want to use a prepaid package for a certain period of time, you can simply deactivate it online.
You can cancel the currently active pack in your My o2 area under Tariff & SIM card, either immediately or at the end of the term and book it again in February.
