Past Bills


Hello Community,

I was you customer in the past between 2019 and 2021. Is it possible to get a copy of the past invoices? I need to for tax purposes.

You can only request the last two years, but for tax purposes the annual overview should be sufficient. You can download these from the app or in meino2.

thanks for your answer, but since I’m an old customer I don’t have access anymore to the app. how can I download the annual overview for 2019, 2020 and 2021?

​Hey @abellavia 

i can send you copies of your bills from these years. Every copy will be send via letter to your former homeadress. This will cost you 2€ per copy. If this is okay for you, please send your former costumer number and your former personal four digit number via pn to @o2_Support

Hello - you mean 2 EUR per each bill? I’m now living in a different address. Can you just send me via email a pdf copy? btw, I have tried to write a private message to @o2_Support but the text box doesn’t work

sorry for my late reply.

The invoice copies for 2 EUR/piece are only available for the last two years, which is out of the question in your case.

For older invoices we can only send you an annual overview of the invoices (free of charges). It is also accepted by the German tax offices.

Can we send the overview to the contact address we have on file? If not, please let me know, I will contact you via private message then.

Hello @o2_Giulia - the annual overview is perfectly fine. Can you send out the documents starting from 2019 to 2021? Do you have my email address?
