Overcharged for Prepaid Tariff

Good day, 

 

I have top-up my account with 15 euros for a Prepaid M combo. Last month, the tariff was 7.49 eur then I was surprised when all my 15euros was used up.

 

When I checked the tariff, it has indeed increased with 12Gb but mine was only 6.5gb yet 15 euros was charged to me. What to do?

@Dorady sorry my failure. This package is the old tarif plan. In this tarif plan 7,49€ was a special offer for the first 4 weeks. After four weeks the regular price of 14,99€ were charged.  

If you are looking at the new pricelist, you can see as well that the prices will be for the first 4 weeks only. That was the same with the old price list.

thanks for sharing your request regarding the prepaid prices here in our community. 

Since april the 5th we have a new prepaid portfolio. We published it on our websites and in the Mein o2 App as well. 
I am sorry if you didn´t notice. The advantage of the new packs is a larger data volume and that you will be able to use the internet when your data volume has finished. 😊

But right now, I only have 6.5GB not a 12GB. 

The new tariff indicated that I should have a 12GB

@Dorady sorry my failure. This package is the old tarif plan. In this tarif plan 7,49€ was a special offer for the first 4 weeks. After four weeks the regular price of 14,99€ were charged.  

If you are looking at the new pricelist, you can see as well that the prices will be for the first 4 weeks only. That was the same with the old price list.

Yes. But you did nyo get my point. I was charged 15 euros for only 6.5 gb and not for 12gb. Is that right? Should I get a 12gb too since the tariff has changed?

Hello @Dorady,

the old package will be automatically renewed if you don't cancel it/book a new one. A change is always possible by the end of the currently booked period (28 days), in your case by May 15th.

If you order the new o2 My Prepaid M you will automatically also get a discount for the first four weeks.

What do you mean? So by next month 7.49 eur will be charged?

 

I'm still at lost with this coz I did not get the 12gb promised for the tariff and I was charged 15 eur

Hello @Dorady,

as you still have the old tariff o2 My Prepaid M the 14,99 EUR are correct.

If you order the new o2 Prepaid M you will have the 12 GB package for 14,99 EUR in the first 4 weeks and then 17,99 EUR.

Please have a look at the new tariffs in our news:
