Dear O2,

I am right now outside of Germany and can’t get in touch with O2 neither through chats nor through WhatsApp.

i received a letter (my roommate sent me) that I should contact O2 ASAP.

Can somebody from O2 please contact me so I can give my kundenmumber and sort out the problem ASAP?
