Ordered sim card has not been delivered even after two weeks

I ordered a sim card and ported my current number from the old provider two weeks ago. The sim has still not been delivered I wonder why? I got email confirmation to activate my sim but alas no sim has been delivered. Do I go to an O2 store to get a new sim or will you send another mail?

I do get other mails, so my mailbox has no issues with name and delivery.

Yes, you can go to an O2 shop and get a replacement card there. But be careful what you sign there.

Hi, I just got a replacement simcard from o2 shop. Can you please delete my community account so I can use the same email address for my new contract. Thank you.

To do this, wait for an o2 employee, or alternatively, register the phone number without an email address.

Hello @mayankuser,

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

Do you want us to erase your current community account or could you already register without email the way Bumer showed?

Best Regards,

Gerrit

Hello @mayankuser ,

I noticed that you have already started your own thread on this topic. My colleague has already replied to you there.

Please continue to post any further questions on this topic over there, otherwise it will quickly become confusing here and the response time will get longer. 🙂

Kind regards, Rebecca
