Ordered one tarif, activated by O2 Agent another

Hello everyone. So, on 5.09.2022 i odered online a free sim with the celebration offer “My O2 Prepaid M”, which offer 15GB instead of 6GB(normal offer) with 14,99€.

The celebrating offer was available till 5.09.2022, yes, i ordered it in the last day of validity.

I received the sim card after 3 days. When i received it, i activated the sim, went to post for identity check, all in the same day, and my sim was ready for use.

In the same day that i received the sim i charged it with credit for my offer (15€). All fine.

In My O2 app, show that the offer will be automaticaly actived till 19.09.2022 if i have enough credit.

Passed 2-3 days and the offer has not been activated so i wrote to customer service. They told me that they encounter some tehnical problems and all be resolved soon.

Today i wrote again to customer service, and they activated the offer for me, but they activated the normal offer(the one with 6GB for 15€). I told them that is not fair, on my papers that i received together with sim card shows the offer with 15GB. They told me that that offer is not available anymore because it’s passed the validity date.

So, I’m telling you now, it’s not fair what is happening, i ordered the offer when it was available, it is not my fault that the sim arrived in 3 days, and they encountered tehnical difficulties. The agent wanted to credit back my 15€ for offer that i paid, but i dont want that, I WANT WHAT I ORDERED!

Besides all of this, right now my phone number is porting from Vodafone to O2. So i transited from Vodafone to O2 only for this offer!!! That’s how you welcome your new clients…

You can withdraw your credit using this form: Prepaid-Guthabenauszahlung, which will also cancel the SIM card.

Unfortunately we do not have a solution for this problem. The 15 GB can no longer be booked. If you do not agree with the normal package, you can of course terminate the prepaid contract and have the money already paid refunded.

I am really sorry for this and apologize for the circumstances.

Yes, a refund would be better, but can i get a refund of all my credit back to my bank account?
