Ordered esim but got email saying getting normal sim

Hi, I have requested as a new customer new eSIM prepaid, but I after I verified my identity and everything I got email saying my card will be shipped on an address. 
 

i would like to change that, but can not contact customer support so I’m writing here. My email linked here is associated with my O2 account, so whoever is support here, if you could change that and help me out I would be greatful as my phone does not accept SIM cards, only esims.

welcome to our o2 Community 😀

For new prepaid customers, we always initially send a plastic SIM. It can be exchanged for an eSIM after activation.

Since we unfortunately do not have access to the customer data of prepaid customers, please contact our customer service directly.
