Ordered a new sim card


I ordered a sim card with a contract and it was dispatched on 11th September but I still have not received it and I recently got an email from O2 regarding the activation.

Hi @sainandini,

It is normal that it may take a few days for the SIM card to arrive. But it's taking an unusually long time for you. Have you checked the address again? If the SIM card still doesn't arrive, o2 can also provide you with a new SIM card.

Hi @MXP_Alex , I have checked the address. It is correct. It would be better if I could get a new sim card as my billing for the new sim started on 26th September and I still haven’t received the sim. Also, while ordering the sim I had requested to port my old number, which will be done by 4th Oct and I don't have the physical sim.

Assuming that nothing has changed yet concerning the simcard, did you recently change the contactaddress of your contract with us?

Hello, I still haven’t received my sim card and the services of my previous sim card have been stopped as porting was complete. Now I don't have access to my phone number anymore. Please help regarding this.

could you please order the sim card again via “Mein o2”. Is that possible for you?
