order status on ps5, i got no email confirmation


I ordered for a ps5 and I got no email confirmation or anything

Is the PS5 the first thing that you’ve ordered from o2 or do you already have any other contracts with us? If so, do you receive mails for those contracts?

I order 5 days ago bit still not recieved the parcel they give parcel to dhl but dhl delivery driver come close to my house but did not delivers the parcel and status said that the misrouted parcel ap what can i do because from last 4 days my tracking details still the same im very afraid about this

Is there anything mentioned on the tracking parcel site where your PS5 is or if it will be delivered within a few days?

I don’t know but in tracking from last 3 days 22/08/2024 Is still the same that showing is delivery is misrouted and is not updated till date

it seems nothing happens with the delivery stuck at DHL. 🙁

I have informed my colleagues which are responsible for delivery issues. If theres something new, we can inform you here.

I just checked your customer account and saw that we have filed a shipping claim with DHL and this order has been canceled. Sorry for the long wait, you must have been really looking forward to your new device. But you have already ordered a new Ps5 from us 🤗
As soon as it is shipped, you will receive another shipment notification. I hope you can hold it in your hands soon 😊
