Hello,

I have ordered iPhone 13 mini 128GB on May 19th 2022 but I have not received any update about delivery status. My order number is : WSHWXXXXXXX.

could you please let me know how long will it take to receive my phone?

What color did you order ?

The iphone 13 mini with the color “Mitternacht” has a delivery time of 2-3 weeks.

You can see that in our delivery status.

In addition to the delivery status we have the order status where you can track the status of your own order.

What exactly do you see there?
