Hello,

 

How long does it usually take to process an order for a new phone from O2? I ordered Xiaomi 13T Pro couple of days ago and just wanted to know the average wait times since I might travel this month.

Hello @Ines_Z ,

welcome to the o2 Commmunity 💙.

I’d expect that it goes relatively fast with that model. Have you already checked what exactly the status of your order is? Once you hit “In Bearbeitung” as the status, you can expect to receive the phone within the next 2 to 5 days depending on how fast the actual delivery of the package is.

I’d expect that it goes relatively fast with that model. Have you already checked what exactly the status of your order is? Once you hit “In Bearbeitung” as the status, you can expect to receive the phone within the next 2 to 5 days depending on how fast the actual delivery of the package is.

      Hello everyone.

      I ordered a simcard on 16th of feb and have not received it yet.

      How long shall I wait? My order status is " out for delivery" for 3 days.
