Hi. I just ordered a new device (iphone 14 pro) without the sim/data. I received it last Friday, July 21, and haven't opened it. Can I still return it and cancel the new contract for it? If yes, how, please? Thanks!

you could return with in 14days after you received the parcel.

or in the E-Mail with the Widerrufsbelehrung.

Use the E-Mail for the Widerruf!

The phone should be announced via https://logistik.telefonica.de/retoure/o2 for return.

And you will get a labe for the parcel.
