order O2 prepaid sim outside Germany

Hello,

I want to order O2 prepaid SIM at my friend's address in Germany. 
And he would  sent to my home outside Germany.


I would put my first, last name, date of birth on order form, but his address.

Can I get SIM ACTIVATED with my Serbian passport when sim received?
