order is not sent and mistakenly refunding

Hello Dear,

I had placed an order, order number WSHWxxxxx730  for an  IPHONE 16 PRO MAX 512GB, TITAN WUESTENS  .

But yesterday, I saw that my order was marked as returned.
Why did this happen? I didn’t request a refund.
Please arrange to resend my order as soon as possible.
